How often shoud I use the NecksLevel Glide?
We recommend daily use (1-2x / day). Some users complete the Rehab Protocol right when they wake up, or right before bed. Others use it whenever they need relief.
Do I need to wear the Headband?
The headband is for grip during strengthening exercises. It is helpful if your head is slipping while using the NecksLevel. For people with longer hair, or if you’re cranking up the resistance, you’ll soon see why it’s important.
What's the process for returns?

Received my device days after receipt, while I am missing items the customer service has been great so im not concerned (at this point) about receiving it.
The device is well made, instructions are easy to follow and printed on high quality paper that survived my 4 year old son spilling on it before first use 😅
Looking forward to testing this out over the next few weeks and, hopefully, experiencing a decrease in migraine frequency as my SCM /Trap imbalance starts to decrease.
I did work in a couple of the "advanced" exercises right away to help with my specific needs as well. Hoping and praying for improvement within the safe boundaries of my hypermobile spine

I’m a physical therapist and I just recently got this device. After trying it out myself, I’m excited to start using it with patients. Other neck exercises and devices are awkward to use and can sometimes feel a little silly to the patient. I came across this through an ad and was intrigued enough to purchase one for myself and try it with patients. I’m looking forward to seeing the outcomes!
