How does the NecksLevel help neck pain?
NecksLevel offers the only glider based neck rehab devices in the world. Designed to treat neck pain at its source through targeted neck strengthening and stretching in a gravity-free position, the NecksLevel Glide optimizes neck health & relieves pain.
How often shoud I use the NecksLevel Glide?
We recommend daily use (1-2x / day). Some users complete the Rehab Protocol right when they wake up, or right before bed. Others use it whenever they need relief.
Do I need to wear the Headband?
The headband is for grip during strengthening exercises. It is helpful if your head is slipping while using the NecksLevel. For people with longer hair, or if you’re cranking up the resistance, you’ll soon see why it’s important.
What's the process for returns?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can send your item back within 60 days by logging into your account and starting a return here.
Does the NecksLevel Glide have a warranty?
NecksLevel products are fully warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase. If, for any reason, you experience mechanical failure during intended use, reach out to us at support@neckslevel.com.
