Will this actually help my neck pain?
The NecksLevel is a neck strengthening and mobility device developed by physical therapists. You lie down and move your neck through its full range against light resistance, about 10 minutes a day. The average training period is 6 to 8 weeks. Hundreds of medical professionals and teams across the NFL, MLB and NHL use it with their athletes and patients.
Which one do I need, Glide or Glide Pro?
The Glide is the home model: 3 resistance bands, 1 to 4 lb. The Pro adds more reach and more resistance (6 bands, 1 to 8 lb), a built-in MotionScale to track your range of motion, a carrying handle and wall-mount compatibility. If you are rehabbing your own neck at home, the Glide is the one. If you are an athlete pushing heavier loads, or a clinician treating patients, take the Pro.
