How is the Wall Mount fixed to the wall?
We recommend mounting the Wall Mount to studs (wood or metal) for a secure attachment. The Wall Mount comes with wood screws, and we can recommend metal stud screws as needed.
Does the Wall Mount have a warranty?
NecksLevel products are fully warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase. If, for any reason, you experience mechanical failure during intended use, reach out to us at support@neckslevel.com.
What's the returns process?

Is there a recommended height to put the wall mount on the wall?
Yes. Mounting the Wall mount at the suggested height (see instructions) allows for both sitting and standing exercises with use of the NecksLevel Slider height adjustment for people of all sizes.

Great for headache and migraine!
I'm a physical therapist that primarily treats headache and migraine disorders. The NecksLevel has been a great addition to my clinic in helping address neck dysfunction in those with frequent headaches! My patients love the device, find it easier to use than bands, and are able to make sure they are doing the exercises correctly because of how easily the board slides.
Also, NecksLevel has been great for customer service. My device broke when it fell in my car. Scott was quick to offer a solution to repair my device and sent parts that arrived the next day so I could get back to using the NecksLevel with my patients!

Great product, fair price
I had some neck/back pain for a few years and after a few sessions with the neckslevel the pain went away. I always had a weak neck but this thing has helped me build real muscle tissue and I feel like I can absorb contact much better when I’m playing sports. It’s a great product for spine/neck and overall health and I think everyone should try it out for a few sessions and see the difference it makes. You have to work hard like you’re working out (in my opinion) but it works wonders.

Outstanding Product - Helps with my tinnitus
I suffer from tinnitus and I have had a lot of PT with my neck for relief. The NextLevel device helps me with keeping my neck muscles strong and relaxed and also helps the tension in my neck. This has a downstream effect on improving my tinnitus.
To be fair, it won’t help everyone’s tinnitus, but in my case (somatic) it does. With that being said, it will help with neck tension and that’s a positive impact on many other strains and pains.
