How does the NecksLevel help neck pain?

How often should I use the NecksLevel Glide Pro?
We recommend daily use (1-2x / day). Some users complete the Rehab Protocol right when they wake up, or right before bed. Others use it whenever they need relief.
Do I need to wear the Headband?
The headband is for grip during strengthening exercises. It is helpful if your head is slipping while using the NecksLevel. For people with longer hair, or if you’re cranking up the resistance, you’ll soon see why it’s important.
What's the process for returns?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can send your item back within 60 days by logging into your account and starting a return here.
Does the NecksLevel Glide Pro have a warranty?
NecksLevel products are fully warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase. If, for any reason, you experience mechanical failure during intended use, reach out to us at support@neckslevel.com.

Are the different parts on the NecksLevel Glide Pro replaceable?
Yes. The NecksLevel Glide Pro is fully modular. Over time with regular use, the resistance bands, head pad, and headband may require replacement and can be purchased here.

Super easy to use. Great looking case for storage. I can feel the muscles have worked after I've used my neckslevel pro. I look forward to the progress I will make using it.

I had a 2 level Cervical Artificial Disc replacement C5-C6 C6-C7. I purchased the NeckLevel Glide Pro to help with my mobility and strength post op.
I'm super happy with it and it has become part of my daily routine (in addition to going to PT).
For me, it was important to be patient and start slowly. About 4 weeks post op, I just did the 'stretching'.
Now that I'm about 7 weeks Post Op, Im using the Neckslevel bands and really feeling the advantages! I can feel my neck and traps 'enjoying' the light pressure of the bands.
Also, Scott and the team are very thoughtful in packaging, communication and customer service!
I know the price may be a commitment, but for me (post op) there is no price I can put on 'neck health'!
