I've suffered walking like batman, unable to move my neck on and off for the last 10 years. I was rear ended by a car doing 70, while I was stopped. Looking in the side mirror had my neck sideways and has caused my neck to be out for various reasons: looking a direction, not looking a direction, sleeping, sitting, standing, etc. It took next to nothing to set my neck off and be in pain for weeks on end. I feel I've finally found the solution with Neckslevel. After using it for only 2 weeks my neck is more stable, has better range of motion, and doesn't feel on edge of going out. I can't wait to put some additional time in and work my way up in the advanced bands to see how strong it can get.
I wanted to wait a little bit longer to review it (but also wanted a chance at the giveaway!) I have had neck pain for several years and had 3 discs replaced. I’ve tried multiple rounds of physical therapy, chiropractors, injections, ablations, etc. I had been seeing ads for this and finally pulled the trigger with the fall sale. It’s pretty straightforward to use right out of the box and the instructions/videos are clear. In the past at physical therapy my upper back/traps have compensated in the exercises but with this I can feel my neck muscles engaging more than I have previously. I’m one week in to daily exercises and (this will not sound like much to some) I turned my neck while driving and could see over my left shoulder without pain or turning my entire body. I will try to post additional reviews after I hit more milestones, but so far I really like it!
I’ve been suffering with neck pain for well over a decade. I have compressed discs and pinched nerves and the pain has been excruciating. After using the the glide pro for a little over a month, the range of motion in my neck has improved, and the strength has just gone through the roof. This is by far the best product for home neck, rehab, and strengthening on the market today.
Got this to help with neck stiffness and range of motion. Been having neck pains due to desk work and poor ergonomics and this has been helping a lot.

My Physical Therapist suggested this product to strengthen my neck muscles, improve pain level with arthritis in neck/collarbone.
What I’ve found is where a specific area of muscle pain is coming from and focusing on strengthening it while building muscle in entire neck doing the suggested exercises! Working through the pain every other day then to daily NecksLevel exercises has actually decreased muscle pain, making neck movement more flexible.

I am picky about the gadgets I see online. When I see something that makes sense Bio-mechanically, I give it a try. This will do what it claims. The color coding matches the Theraband theme, which is great because those are the only ones I use. This will be a great addition to my practice.
I have been thinking and debating about Neckslevei for some time to deal with chronic neck pain due to degenerative arthritis in discs. When the Labor Day sale came along, I jumped at the chance ! My Physical Therapist who was treating more for compressed discs that were causing nerve issues was a big fan of this. I used it at his office twice a week for 6 months and made a great recovery. My job requires travel, and I often lock after being on the road. At my last visit he highly recommended I purchase my own. I’ve been using it to help me stretch once I get checked into my hotels in addition to the strength exercises. It’s really helping keep me loose on the road.
I have been working through cervicogenic dizziness for over two years. Have been working with a variety of medical professionals-PTs,ODs, spine specialist… the list goes on. Things have been moving forward albeit ever so slowly, but a big jump in progress has come with neck level. I was using it at my PT appointment appointments and was so taken with it that I got my own.

After years of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and contact sports, wear and tear had taken a serious toll on my neck.
