I am the Team Physical Therapist for Team USA Artistic Swimming. We LOVE this device. Artistic Swimmers need incredible neck strength and in a large range of motion. This device allows makes doing so easy and quantifiable. I also use the device for post-concussion/vestibular rehabilitation. I personally love the way I can keep track of their ranges with the motion scale. We are constantly on the move because we train at multiple pools in the LA area so the handle on device and the carry case are also really helpful.

I’ve done one session on it, and i am impressed with its smooth glide. it’s such good quality too. it’s comfortable for me to use. i can’t wait to see results over time.

I've only been using Neckslevel a week, but my neck seems somewhat stronger and slightly less painful. I can't give a complete evaluation in a week, but it appears to be heading in the right direction.

My Neckslevel has been immensely helpful in my recovery from a serious neck injury that resulted in a fusion being needed from my skull to C3. It is one part of my overall rehab plan, complementing my physical therapy to increase neck mobility. Highly recommend.

The NecksLevel Glide is easy to use. It's been helpful in my effort to improve range of motion and to reduce tension in my neck and shoulders. Since beginning to use it regularly, I have had none of the headaches that I used to get occasionally from neck tension. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I have been using it for less than 2 months--if I continue to have success with it, no doubt I will give it 5/5 stars.

I had recurring radiculapathy from some foraminal stenosis in my neck. This is a good rotational strengthened that serves the purpose of much bigger devices my pt used!

I've been using the Iron for over a year, and it really helps strengthen my neck, and neck pain has lessened significantly. I've added the Neckglide, which hits muscles differently than the Iron Neck ( smaller muscles, weaknesses the Iron Neck doesn't hit ), to improve my neck to another level altogether. Great product

I don’t suffer from neck pain. Instead, I use Neckslevel for posture, stability and mobility. I have tried to incorporate neck strength and mobility before. Nothing felt good enough to form a habit.
That definitely changed with Neckslevel. The mobilizations and strength exercises feel much better than anything I’ve tried before. I’ve definitely noticed benefits.
I’ll do a couple minutes before going to bed. I can definitely feel the difference. My neck finds comfort on the pillow without a bunch of adjustments. And, my spine feels very neutral. Feels like I’m distributing my weight more evenly across the mattress. Definitely notice less tossing and turning.

Works really good, and very high quality. I’ve only used it for a couple days so not enough time to see if my neck pain heals but it does feel better for about 20 minutes after rotations.

I couldnt be happier with the NecksLevel Glide. Most other neck trainers require a lot of set up and require you to be in positions that may be aggravating if you're experiencing pain and discomfort. Also, being upright can lead to larger, stronger taking over and subtract from the purpose of neck training. This product solves that problem by having you isolate the neck by lying down in a safe and supported position. Easy set up, targeted neck training, and simple to use. Go get one.

I’ve been using the NecksLevel for about 2 months now after waking up with a really stiff and inflexible neck for several years. I was shocked at how even simply using it to stretch made me aware of the inflexibility in my neck - something I was never able to pinpoint just rotating on a pillow. It’s allowed me to open up my range of motion and allowed me to minimize imbalances in my neck more than I ever expected.

As a PT, this has been key in rehabbing for many patients in improving AROM and strength of cervical spine.

The NecksLevel Glide is an awesome product!! I have been treating patients with cervical spine pathologies for 20 years and this is the best product I have used yet! The ability to add resistance to a controlled cervical rotation is hands down the best feature. You can easily change the positioning of the unit to accommodate, side bending, extension, and flexion. My patients love the unit and much prefer it over my prior method of using resistance bands and a pad or pillow case. Definitely one of my favorite products!!!!

I have degenerative neck problems for the last 10 years. I was skeptical ant first but now I am a believer that it really helps. After using this device, my neck is not as stiff and painful. I feel my neck is getting stronger. As well. The instructions are easy to follow. The exercises are part of my daily routine.

I’ve struggled with cervical range of motion since I fractured my C3 spinous process. Rotational movement was restricted and I always felt like I was fighting myself to get any improvements in range of motion (ROM). NecksLevel glide has allowed my neck muscles to “get out of the way” and allow me to improve and recover my rotational abilities. It’s like it isolates the muscles and ligaments of rotational movement, allows the stabilizing muscles to rest and frees up the road to improved movement. Brilliant ! Works great. Would love it if the surface of the NecksLevel Glide was a higher friction material, obviating the need for the headband. But the headband as it stands works just fine.

This device really helps me stretch and strengthen my neck. I have compression C3 down to C7 and C3/C4 is pushing on my nerve. After using this for a few days I noticed my headaches went away and I was able to move my neck better. I'm now making it part of my daily routine and started incorporating the exercises that came with the purchase

The NecksLevel Glide is great for isolating only the muscles in your neck when you’re doing exercises laying down. I do wish there was a band lighter than yellow to offer minimal resistance and that the headband was more secure to my head for isometric holds.

We received our NecksLevel glide and the patients seem to really appreciate the effectiveness of this product. I have been wanting to purchase this for a couple of years after seeing it at CSM, but delayed purchasing it. Happy to have it as an extra tool for our neck patients. Thanks!

I've had a bulging disc in my neck and have been battling pain with lack of range of motion for over 5 years. I started using this NecksLevel product and all I can say is WOW. I have way more range of motion in my neck and the pain is slowly going away finally. The same pain I have had for so many years. I cannot believe it.
