I’ve been using the necks level for about 2 weeks now as a jiu jitsu athlete. I love how easy the set up is so I actually use it consistently. Going through the routine is quick, easy, and makes my neck feel loser when I train.
Neckslevel glide is a game changer. Theraband cervical exercises look weird, and my patients usually don't like it, but they're a big fan of this device. It makes cervical strengthening much easier and very convenient for physical therapy after working on a patient's cervical spine and then following up with neck strengthening with the neck level. Great build, good quality, and I even use it myself every day before the start of my shift, and my coworkers have been taking turns throughout the day using it too haha. It is a great device and should be in every physical therapy clinic.
I had a 2 level Cervical Artificial Disc replacement C5-C6 C6-C7. I purchased the NeckLevel Glide Pro to help with my mobility and strength post op.
I'm super happy with it and it has become part of my daily routine (in addition to going to PT).
For me, it was important to be patient and start slowly. About 4 weeks post op, I just did the 'stretching'.
Now that I'm about 7 weeks Post Op, Im using the Neckslevel bands and really feeling the advantages! I can feel my neck and traps 'enjoying' the light pressure of the bands.
Also, Scott and the team are very thoughtful in packaging, communication and customer service!
I know the price may be a commitment, but for me (post op) there is no price I can put on 'neck health'!

The NecksLevel Glide is an awesome addition to any clinic. It gives a good variety of cervical strengthening and mobility exercises that can be done in both acute and chronic cases of neck pain. This feels like it was the 'missing piece' for cervical rehab. The option of no resistance - and then the ability to choose between 3 different levels of resistance gives this piece of equipments gives lots of variety to progress and regress. Highly recommend, patients have loved using it from the get-go!

After having surgery, and being subsequently bed bound for a month plus, my neck muscles were weak and causing pain. The NecksLevel is a easy and effective way to target the neck muscles and improve muscle tone, flexibility, and in my case help with neck pain.

I have had the NecksLevel Pro a few weeks and now can safely say it has helped strengthen and release tension in my neck that runs into my shoulders which massages, acupuncture & hot packs among other solutions had failed to reliably help. Consistency is key and I already notice if I miss 10 minutes a day on my NecksLevel. I was skeptical but it works if you make it a habit & I recommend it for anyone with unrelenting neck tension & pain.
This device is changing my neck pain, strength, and recovery in just weeks. I have had herniated discs and other major injuries and work a desk job which makes strengthening/rehabbing my neck from the disc injury almost impossible. There is no real way to strengthen your neck muscles (I have done all the body weight exercises, stretches, yoga, therapy, heating, cupping, etc. and just platuead as I'm sure you have if you are reading this). This device allows you to REHAB and STRENGTHEN at YOUR PACE. It is great because you can start with 0-1 pounds of resistance and progress from there. I am a life long athlete and had to start with 0 resistance and I followed their program, worked my way up, and am on the green band with huge improvement after 3 full weeks. This is improving my posture and allowing me to workout hard and improve my overall body pain. Other neck devices are too bulky and too heavy and not for rehab like this device is. Wish I bought it sooner and I have bought many devices for injuries and sports over the years. This is now part of my morning and workout routines and I travel with it.

We use the NecksLevel all the time for cervical strengthening and proprioception - it's MUCH easier than bands around the head, and I like that it can be used in supine, especially for patients with higher irritability. This has been a really helpful addition to our clinic, I use it several times a day!
Ok so I’ve been suffering with neck pains for quite a few years that, the pain would radiate to my shoulders and up to my ears. I have been through many doctors, MRI,s cortisone shots and PT. My last PT visit my therapist had this new NecksLevel device and as soon as I rested my head on this it it felt as if there was no gravity holding my neck back.
