Very functional and well targeted. While I’ll spend more than the cost of this tool in rehab, it’s still expensive for what it is.
I like the idea, but very expensive for what it is. Also, people with big hair may find it cumbersome.
Just recieved it today. Excited to see what it can do for me and my CCI!
I was skeptical about this device, especially due to the cost, but after watching several videos of how it works I decided to give it a try, figuring I could return it if it was junk. I won’t be returning it. While I haven’t used the device for long enough to state it has made my neck stronger, I can already tell that it will by the surprisingly difficult of some of the beginner exercises. So that’s great. But also the final cervical stretch at the end of the routine is wonderful. It doesn’t even feel like anything is happening at first but then I just get very relaxed and usually almost fall asleep right on the floor. Would recommend.
Work as a surgeon with FHP all day long deep in the abdomen and this has helped my neck pain tremendously.!!
Seems to work pretty smoothly so far. It makes neck ROM and strengthening exercises easier to perform as promised. The price is higher than it should be for what it is though.
I started using it today and at this time cannot tell if it is doing anything for my neck. I cannot feel my neck muscles moving at all. I will keep going.
I have had my Neckslevel for a little over a month. I never write reviews but thought I would because I love the product so much. I use it 2x per day. I use it in the morning before golf for stretching with no resistance. At night I use it per the instructions, both stretching and resistance (I'm using level 1 yellow). I don't have any chronic neck issues but always have felt my neck, traps and rhomboids were always sore due to a high level of activity. When I started using Neckslevel I became aware of my tightness which has definitely improved. Neckslevel has become part of my everyday routine. I love it and could now not be without it. I bought the basic model.
I’ve been trying out the NecksLevel Glide. Overall, it seems like a promising device for neck rehabilitation and strengthening, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
1) Off-gassing from the MaxGrip headband: The headband has a noticeable synthetic smell. I had to let it air out for a few days, and while it persists, I can’t use the device comfortably. A warning about this smell would be appreciated so the product could be aired out immediately upon arrival.
2) Centering the head on the device: It’s difficult to know if your head is perfectly centered without a phone or external guidance. A visual or tactile indicator—like an alignment marker—would make positioning much easier.
3) Exercise guidance: The program instructs “3 sets of 10 left and right,” but it’s unclear whether “left and right” counts as 1 or 2 reps, or how long to rest between sets. A live-guided program that walks you through each movement—“place your head in the center, move right, now left, repeat, rest”—would make following along simpler and ensure proper form. That way, you could just play the video for 10 minutes and have timing and reps guided automatically.
Overall: The device has potential for neck strengthening and rehabilitation. With improvements in guidance, centering, and material sensitivity, it could be better.
After having chronic neck pain from stress and bad posture for years I am finally pain free and have great neck mobility.
I’ve been using NecksLevel and I’m really impressed with the results. The design is simple yet effective, and it provides excellent support and stretch for the neck. After just a few sessions, I noticed less tension, reduced stiffness, and a greater sense of relief in my neck and shoulders.
What I like most is that it’s easy to use and doesn’t take much time out of my day.
Overall, I highly recommend NecksLevel for anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and effective way to relieve neck pain and improve overall comfort.
I have the portable one and is really good. Easy to use, easy to teach and effective.
I’m someone who struggles with hyper mobility and a connective tissue disorder. Completing PT neck exercises independently has been difficult, due to issues with proprioception. This device is full-proof and guarantees consistency which is making a massive impact with my willingness to engage in exercise and my confidence while doing so!! Great product!!
Easy to use and felt effective after the first few times. Looking forward to moving up the resistance!
The new headband has been very helpful! It's much more grippy, easier to clean, stays on the head without shifting, and patients report more comfort. 10/10 from patients so far.
As a person who has had a 3-level cervical fusion, neck rehab has always been a challenge for me. The Neckslevel addresses all of those issues for me. My head is supported, and the resistance is smooth and adjustable. It’s so great to finally have a tool that can specifically help with my pain, and regain function and stability all at once! Thank you so much
I'm really impressed by the construction. Super solid and the resistance is impressive.
Great exercise tool to build neck strength. I have been dealing with chronic neck tension and this has been improving my pain.
As person who has had cervical spine surgery, I have not been able to find anything to help restore function to my neck. That was until I found and purchased a NecksLevel!. Great product!
Very happy with my purchase minus the price.
This helped my neck so much during my PT sessions. Was very impressed.
Been using this for a week now, mainly isometric exercises and neck traction. My neck already feels better - better than it has been for the past 2 years even with specific PT exercises with bands.
