Easy to Use, minimal setup required

I’m a physical therapist and I just recently got this device. After trying it out myself, I’m excited to start using it with patients. Other neck exercises and devices are awkward to use and can sometimes feel a little silly to the patient. I came across this through an ad and was intrigued enough to purchase one for myself and try it with patients. I’m looking forward to seeing the outcomes!

So good so far!

I am still on the yellow band but looking forward to doing more. It feels really good and gentle and very impressed with how smoothly it glides! The material and construction seems high quality (my husband was impressed how smoothly it rolls). I do both the starter + advanced exercises listed. I think there are some youtube videos on variations on exercises which I hope to do eventually too but will take it step by step! I like how easy it is to do regularly too, I can just put it down and do it anytime, and the exercises don't take too long to do either!
