I have degenerative neck problems for the last 10 years. I was skeptical ant first but now I am a believer that it really helps. After using this device, my neck is not as stiff and painful. I feel my neck is getting stronger. As well. The instructions are easy to follow. The exercises are part of my daily routine.

Works great. Would love it if the surface of the NecksLevel Glide was a higher friction material, obviating the need for the headband. But the headband as it stands works just fine.

This device really helps me stretch and strengthen my neck. I have compression C3 down to C7 and C3/C4 is pushing on my nerve. After using this for a few days I noticed my headaches went away and I was able to move my neck better. I'm now making it part of my daily routine and started incorporating the exercises that came with the purchase
