This thing is amazing. Highly recommend for more of the acute/subacute neck injuries. Have even combined it with Suji BFR cuffs and have had great results. It’s a great stepping stone to getting your patient or client onto the Iron Neck, which is a bit more higher level. Highly recommend.

The NecksLevel has been a useful tool in improving deep neck flexor endurance in patients with neck pain. I especially like the ability to perform isometric and eccentric cervical rotation with improved neuromuscular control resulting in improved cervical AROM post treatment.
